CONTACT: To post a job opening on our section's web site simply e-mail the particulars of the opening to me at internet@asqmontreal.qc.ca. T
After a position is posted I generally notify the owner of the position to view it before the section members are advised that there is a new career posting.

FORMAT: Because the Internet Liaison Chair is voluntary I prefer to receive documents in a format (I.E. MS Word, Word Perfect, HTM(L), RTF, etc.) which will involve a minimum amount of work on my part for conversion into a format suitable for posting on the internet. I do not accept faxes or any documents which are not editable.
  1. Any commonly used format is acceptable; MS Word, Word Perfect, e-mail, pure text, RTF and HTML. If in doubt contact me.
  2. All graphics and icons, if any, should be submitted with the ad. However bear in mind that links to graphics and images at your home site only increases the viewer's download time and this tends to discourage viewers.
  3. The page as downloaded, including all images, should not exceed 15 Kb.
  4. Advertisements must be for a position directly related to the quality profession.
  5. Documents should include an address (preferably e-mail) for the applicant to reply to.
  6. A clear description of the position.
  7. The textual content must be editable by me.
