FAQ:
| CONTACT: | To have a job opening posted on our section's web site, simply email the particulars of the opening to internet@asqmontreal.qc.ca. After a position is posted, we generally notify the owner of the position to view it before the section members that have requested to be notified are advised of the new career posting. |
| FORMAT: | Because the Section Internet Liaison is a voluntary role, we prefer to receive documents in a format (e.g. MS Word, HTM(L), RTF, PDF, TXT, etc.) which will involve a minimum amount of work for posting on the internet. We do not accept faxes or formats which are not electronically readable.
|
| COST: | There are no charges for posting a bone fide quality related position on the section web site. |
| AD RUN TIME: | Normally, the posting is kept until it is known that the opening has been filled. However, this is only a guideline. The Internet Liaison may extend or shorten the duration depending on the volume of postings &/or the length for which they have been posted. Please advise if you have a specific length of time in mind for the ad to be posted. |
| LANGUAGE: | Openings may be in English, French, or bilingual although bilingual is preferred. |
| AGENCIES: | We accept these positions as well but with the following difference. The ad run time will normally be posted for a prolonged period of time. This is, however, at the discretion of the Internet Liaison. All other requirements are as detailed within this document. |
| LEGAL DISCLAIMER: |
