We are living through a particularly difficult period! It reminds us of the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when organizations had to demonstrate agility, strategy, and speed. At that time, we were already talking about the need to pivot. Some companies managed to adapt, while others did not survive.
Today, the world is once again facing unprecedented changes. We are no longer talking about the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world, but rather the BANI world – Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear, Incomprehensible. The pain is palpable among many organizations, desperately seeking ways to navigate this new reality.
