VT-ASQ Section 0112 is pleased to present:
Human Aspects of Quality
Tools to better Understand the Core Motivation of People,
their Preferences and Drives
How are your interpersonal skills? How well do you assess other’s core motivations,
preferences and drives? The knowledge and the tools you will learn at this presentation
can be used to enhance many aspects of business. In the quality context many
programs and projects suffer when the people involved act differently from expectations
or interact in ways that have a negative impact. When we know more about the reasons
for their actions, we can take steps to better align the capabilities of the participants with
business goals.
